See below for the various opportunities to be an exhibitor or sponsor at PSHA! We are proud to accept exhibit registrations online this year, with options for direct payment or invoicing. 

Deadlines 

February 13, 2026: Early registration deadline to receive reduced exhibitor rate.

March 1, 2026: The final day to register or cancel.

Exhibitor Display Options

Single Table: $475

Gain direct access to professionals and students by showcasing your products, services, or resources at a dedicated exhibitor table in our convention’s networking and exhibit area. Display space includes: One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and signage; one complimentary convention registration; and one complimentary post-convention attendee mailing list.

Strategy Package: $800

Enhance your brand visibility and opportunity to engage with your audience with this strategic marketing package! This option includes our single table package plus your choice of a prime location on the exhibit floor, and an ad on the PSHA website with a link to your homepage.

Non-Profit or Home-Based Table*: $275

Market your non-profit organization or home-based business! The non-profit rate is available to those filing as 501(c)* who are exhibiting to promote FREE services/information for individuals with disabilities. Home-based refers to businesses involved in direct selling of merchandise out of their home (e.g., Mary Kay, Discovery Toys). This option includes one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and signage. 

*Proof of non-profit status or similar IRS documentation must accompany the exhibitor application. Applications without proof of tax status will be placed on hold and marked as incomplete. Your booth space will not be reserved until your application is complete. You can upload this documentation to the registration form or email [email protected]

Take-One Display: $175

Can’t attend the Convention but would still like to have a presence? Opt for a Take-One Display to showcase your product, catalogs, or printed materials without a representative. You will also receive recognition on the PSHA website. (Please note, extra products or materials from the Convention will not be returned). 


Exclusive Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities

These exclusive marketing and sponsorship opportunities are on a first-come, first served basis and will also include visibility on the PSHA website. Don't delay in securing premium brand visibility! All companies are responsible for providing their logo, which can be attached to the online registration form or submitted to [email protected] as either a jpeg or gif file. 

Name Badges for Convention Attendees: $500 

Carry your brand into every convention event, ensuring repeated exposure throughout the entire convention. Your company logo will be placed on all attendee name badges. 

Bags for Convention Attendees: $350 

Put your brand in the hands of every attendee by providing the carrying bags. This sponsorship will allow continued visibility of your brand even long after the convention! The bags should be strong enough to hold up to five pounds and made of a material other than paper. Your company will be responsible for ordering and shipping the bags as instructed by PSHA.

Lanyards for Convention Attendees: $150 

Your company name will be in motion as the attendees wear your branded lanyard. Your company will be responsible for ordering and shipping the lanyards as instructed by PSHA. 

Student Reception Sponsor: $1,000

Support the next generation of speech-language pathologists and audiologists by sponsoring our lively and inspiring Student Reception. Your brand will be directly associated with fostering professional growth and welcoming new talent into the field. This sponsorship also includes exclusive company exposure to address the students personally at the event. 


General Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities

These general marketing and sponsorship opportunities are a wonderful way to increase your brand visibility and engagement with attendees! All companies are responsible for providing their logo, which can be attached to the online registration form or submitted by email to [email protected] as either a jpeg or gif file. 

Mixer & Awards Sponsor: $1,500

Celebrate the achievements of leaders in speech-language pathology and audiology while connecting with professionals in a relaxed, social atmosphere. As a sponsor, your brand will be associated with honoring excellence in the field and creating memorable connections among attendees. This sponsorship includes recognition at the event and on the PSHA website. 

Refreshment Break Sponsor: $500

Keep attendees energized and engaged by sponsoring a refreshment break. These high-traffic networking periods draw participants into the exhibit hall or designated lounge areas, providing sponsors with excellent visibility and the chance to connect in a relaxed setting. This sponsorship includes recognition at the event and on the PSHA website. 

Company Banner Ad Placed on the PSHA Website $250

Advertise your company with a banner ad on the PSHA website for 3 months. Ad size can be no larger than 234 x 60 pixels and any animation is be limited to two cycles. 

Session Sponsor: $250

Promote a session and receive recognition in digital and printed convention marketing materials. A company representative will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker. Note: The sponsored session must be submitted to and accepted into the program.

  • Cancellations received in writing no later than March 1, 2026, will receive a 75% refund.

  • Exhibitor Kits will be sent prior to the event. Please review them carefully for shipping instructions and fees. Details on how to order items such as extra tables will also be included.

  • Donations are needed for door prizes and the silent auction! Please consider donating a gift card or merchandise. The money raised at the silent auction benefits the PSHA Student Fund.
